AUTHOR APPLICATION - FULL

WE ARE FULL BUT FEEL FREE TO FILL THIS OUT AND WE WILL KEEP YOU ON FILE FOR NEXT YEAR! Thank you for your interest in participating in the Lakeside Literary Festival as one of our featured authors for the Book Fair. We are only able to accommodate 16 authors for the event. The application period is open now, and we will be making our selections by May 1 and notifying authors around that time as well. Please do not get discouraged if you are not selected for this inaugural event. We hope to be able to accommodate more authors in the following years. Thank you!
