RENT THE BOOK NOOK
📣 Calling makers, artists, small businesses, and authors! One of the most helpful things we did before we invested in our brick & mortar was rent this space from Queen Bee Artisan Market when we were doing pop-ups! We want to extend the same offer Queen Bee has in the past by making the Book Nook available to makers, artists, entrepreneurs, and authors. We are located inside the Market of Lake Geneva, off Main Street in downtown Lake Geneva.
MAKERS, ARTISTS, SMALL BUSINESSES
You are renting our entire Book Nook space to use from 10-5pm, including counter height stools for sitting while displaying on the counter, and we have extra tables and chairs should you need them. You use your own POS system for taking your own payment. You must provide Lakeside Books with a Wisconsin Sellers Permit. We reserve the right to not accept a vendor based on the content of their material if it is overly political, includes hate speech, or violence.
AUTHORS
You are renting our entire Book Nook space to use and can choose from a half day or full day, including counter height stools for sitting while displaying on the counter, and we have extra tables and chairs should you need them. We enter your books into our POS system, we handle sales of your book through our POS, and give you 60% of the profits from the books you sell. Payment is done via Zelle, no exceptions. An additional nominal marketing fee applies to use this space. We reserve the right to not accept a vendor based on the content of their material if it is overly political, includes hate speech, or violence.
